Ashley Ponzo

Ashley Ponzo obtained her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2015.  Ashley joined Burt Feldman Grenier in 2015 and practices exclusively in Family Law.  Ashley brings ten years of experience guiding individuals through some of the most sensitive and complex legal challenges they will ever face. Her approach to family law is client-centered, practical, and grounded in a deep understanding of both legal strategy and the court system. Ashley handles a full range of family law matters, including divorce, parenting time and legal decision-making, post-decree issues, property and debt division, as well as high-asset property division. Ashley helps clients stay focused on the long-term outcomes rather than short-term conflict.

Known for her attention to detail and clear communication, Ashley works closely with clients to ensure they feel informed and empowered throughout the legal process. She is a strong advocate both in and out of the courtroom, and she tailors her approach to fit each case, whether that means negotiating a fair resolution or pursuing litigation. Ashley takes pride in helping clients navigate life transitions with confidence and clarity. She prides herself on offering solutions that are results-driven and financially reasonable.
